Primary: In Order Processing | Secondary: Unscheduled - CleanTim spoke once about orders that were unscheduled, unclean, would be balanced out. Was your order showing as clean when you called Ford Customer Service?
Feel bad for you, but perhaps knowing will save you time checking every week. I'd be a bit upset if someone like me, who ordered 10 days after you gets scheduled as know it can happen with they way the formulas go and dealer allocations etc.Primary: In Order Processing | Secondary: Unscheduled - Clean
Dealer now claims my order will be MY2023

Given that EVERY SINGLE CONFIRMED, UNSCHEDULED ORDER is "unscheduled-clean" then I have trouble understanding how your dealer "knows" your order will be pushed to MY23. Are they saying Ford reached out them directly about your order and told them, yeah, we aren't scheduling that build. Seems highly doubtful. Did your dealer offer any evidence to support their claim, seeing as there is nothing on the vehicle visibility report to indicate it couldn't be scheduled next week.Primary: In Order Processing | Secondary: Unscheduled - Clean

You may be right. I take everything they say with a grain of salt to be honest. It may have something to do with their lack of allocations and knowing how many orders are in line ahead of mine. Who knows?Given that EVERY SINGLE CONFIRMED, UNSCHEDULED ORDER is "unscheduled-clean" then I have trouble understanding how your dealer "knows" your order will be pushed to MY23. I think everyone acknowledges that some orders will be pushed to MY23, but when dealers claim they "know" for certain that a particular order will be pushed back, it's hard to believe unless said dealer can provide some additional detail regarding how they know, in the form of some kind of direct communication from Ford.
Otherwise, I think it's all just a matter of a) managing expectations and b) keeping you off their backs.
I agree. Your guess is as good as mine!Based on your VVT, there is nothing that would indicate yours won't be produced as a MY22. What does your dealer know that virtually no other dealers in the country know?
He may believe he won't receive anymore allocations, but I don't think any dealer would possibly know that, either.I agree. Your guess is as good as mine!
That was my first thought as well.He may believe he won't receive anymore allocations, but I don't think any dealer would possibly know that, either.
Because dealerships ran out of allocations. It's what me and others that have been rolled over have been saying the past 2 months. As of Jan 28th, the manager at my local delearship told me that they wouldn't be receiving anymore 2022 Hybrid orders. Its just that simple. Ford hasn't put out an official message about it because it only effects a small amount...but that amount seems to be growing more each week.Given that EVERY SINGLE CONFIRMED, UNSCHEDULED ORDER is "unscheduled-clean" then I have trouble understanding how your dealer "knows" your order will be pushed to MY23. Everything you said is true. Ford Rep (yesterday) and Dealer (today) contradict one another. Unfortunately I'm at the mercy of not one but both of them.Something does not match up here. Your OP includes a chat that shows Unscheduled - balanced out which means it will never get scheduled. But now you have a paper showing Unscheduled - clean.
Ford and dealers say this can not happen. So either the Ford rep in your original chat looked up the wrong vehicle or Ford did something they say can't happen.
That's not really how the allocation system works. Some regions might be currently getting priority over your dealer like the West (California) and the Southern (Florida) but Ford cut off orders so they could complete what they had received. With an August order I find it hard to believe they're not going to fulfill your order. I think your dealer is blowing smoke where the sun don't shine or there's much much more to this story. Sorry but not buying the fact that Ford isn't going to fulfill an August Hybrid order............Because dealerships ran out of allocations.
