He is definitely a gem. He called me back and spent time answering my question though he knew I'd ordered elsewhere, and his informational YouTube videos and contributions in discussion threads to correct false rumors have been invaluable.

We could not agree more with your praise. Tim has helped us with several decisions on purchasing our new Maverick. Hopefully the Corporate level will take notice on what a Ambassador for the brand he is!

It's so refreshing to see and hear good news concerning a car salesman. There is so much negativity towards that occupation that when one like Tim rolls around it should be shouted from the rooftops. I haven't dealt with Tim personally but I have learned more from his videos than I have from my salesman. Thanks Tim.

I had just bought a new Ranger then found Mr. Tim's Tuesday YouTubes on the Maverick. Wow! THAT was what I really wanted. After talking with my local dealer I realized I knew more stuff on the Maverick from Tim's YouTubes then he did. So I ordered from Tim, took off the spray in liner when he suggested, my Cactus Gray XLT Hybrid got built, it is on Tim's Long McArthur lot right now, waiting for a car carrier to bring it to me in Vegas. Tim Bartz IS THE MAN! He REALLY has helped MANY people! THANKS Mr. Tim!

I agree with everyone that @TimBartz is the best I've ever seen! He puts out honest and accurate information and works endless hours in the position he obviously loves and is passionate about! I do watch his YouTube videos as well, and there's no one else that can even compare to what he does!

Tim's videos are informative for sure, and I wish him continued success for his channel.
That said, I thought the consensus of this forum was that salespersons work for dealerships not Ford. Long-McArthur Ford should reward Tim accordingly.
