I did thanksSend the letter. It will make you feel better but Ford doesn’t give a rats ass. I can’t remember an auto that has caused this many pissed off unhappy people and so many dealers screwing people in every way they can. Glad I am able to wait. They will be at MSRP and below at sometime in the future. Come on competition.
Can anyone make the argument that dealers can add on 50% to a vehicle MSRP as "market adjustment" and then another 1000.00 for "doc fees" plus what ever else they can sneak in like "security packages" window vin etching, tire nitrogen, any other snake oil garbage they can try and justify to a vehicle and that makes any sense ?. Anyone that is a frequent reader of this forum is probably at least 80% more knowledgeable about the product than most salespeople. Its time Ford considered cutting out the middle man on new car sales - I fail to see the advantage and really in most cases it is a disadvantage financially having to deal with dealerships plus these leeches are really tarnishing the Ford Brand overall.
