Ok I am dumb ,need rail car #

I have posted my window sticker the latest visibility report has nothing on it other than Received at junction point, Gateway yard IL I did search the forum but cant find how to get rail car number ? Any help? thanks!

I believe you need to get that from the dealer, from the Vehicle Visibility Report.

Quoted from the tracking page:

"If you are going by rail, it’s more complicated…

First you will need the rail car letters and numbers. It is on the visibility report or DORA which is from the dealership. You MAY be able to get it from the SVT people but they seem often in a cranky mood and may tell you to get it from the dealer.

There are two major rail companies.

CSX is everything east of the mississippi
UP is everything west of the mississippi

But they all start out on CSX so once they have it in their system they will follow it all the way. "

The "trackers" tab did not help me either. I found my truck by entering the vin into https://www.unitedroad.com/delivery-receipt
You can also subscribe to get notifications. I knew my Maverick was delivered to the dealership before the salesman did.

Woah, okay. That returned something. I have a load number... now what? What can I do with that?

Your dealer has the rail car number, just ask for it.

I did that, now I get emails every time my dealer has a shipment from the railyard, showing what vehicles are on it with VIN. I can also log in and see upcoming and past deliveries.

Seems pretty straightforward that it arrived in Nogales on Feb 20th with an estimated arrival date to your dealership between March 19th and 25th.

That's almost exactly what my dealers report is showing. Arrived in Nogales on 2/20 with no updates since

I see that text, but I don't actually see an option for registering and nothing happens when I click the dealer. How'd you register?

I had to use Chrome Browser on Android, wouldn't work on PC.

I had to use IE on my computer. Chrome wouldn't show the CAPTCHA that was blocking the Search button.

I got a load number, but not sure what that means. lol

You have to click the register button and sign up with your email. Then you can see trucks waiting at the rail yard to be delivered to your dealer by truck.
