I have not seen anything posted in this forum about getting this info elsewhere. I did get mine from my dealer...he just sent a screenshot from his computer showing the car rail number.

I requested information from my dealership and they printed a “full history” report. This report in chronological order showed my order date (6/25/2021), next 10/21/21 my scheduled build week 12/6/21, then all actuvities in the assembly plant in December by date and dept. Then on Dec 17th shipped from assembly plant showing my rail car number. Dec 18th the rail car was Nogales, AZ. Using the CSX phone tracking system I made daily phone calls and got updates (usually when railcar had departed or arrived at the next railyard). I used Google maps entering the starting point and destination for each location change which gave me a visual as cars progress across the country. Departed 12/17 estimate delivery 1/18/22 but the railcar arrived in central Massachusetts 1/4/22. Waiting on transport from rail yard to dealership less than 10 miles distance. However ice storm this past Tuesday and snow storm today. Not looking for delivery driver to risk injury loading/offloading the Maverick.
Once the railcar reached Cleveland Ohio on 1/1/22 it went on to Buffalo same day , 1/2/22 onto Selkirk (Albany) NY, 1/3/22 to East Brookfield, MA TDSI terminal. 1/4/22 offload from railcar to parking lot awaiting ground transport.
Delay during transport at Avon,ID on 12/28 and 12/29 for bad track repair with arrival 126 a.m 12/30/21 at Louisville KY.

I figured as much. My sales person has been less than forth coming with detailed information. Im under the impression that they are unaware of a Vehicle Visibility Report. Was hoping that perhaps another dealer or Ford customer service could supply this info.

You can try using your VIN# in palsapp. There is a tread out here that will link you up.
