Starting to think they do not want to sell these mirrors at these prices, but a few go through especially if its just one.

BTW, for those lucky to get one, what kind of condition are they in, ie. are they in a box, loose, dirty with finger prints, etc ?

Thanks to everyone for your guidance! I installed my mirror today and it works great.

One possibly helpful insight for those of you with the moonroof, you can actually tap the two non-ground mirror wires into the purple wire on the left side of the moonroof control, and the mirror will shut off the moment you lock the truck after getting out (or 10-20 seconds after turning the engine off). If you use the yellow/green wire on the overhead lights, it takes 5-10 minutes after shutting the truck off before the mirror shuts off.

After I ordered from kiaautoparts.com, they sent the following email...

Anyone have a VIN for a KIA Optima I can use? Oh well...nice try!

All you have to do is Google your local car dealer and look for a 2011-2015 Kia Optima and it will show the vin# in the description of the car just use that

Second photo is ground to ground (black to black) in the overhead lights. Didn’t want to change that so I wouldn’t have to poke another hole in a wire. The first photo shows the other two wires tapped into the moonroof control

Not sure the VIN is an issue, I never used one. Its a strange case of hit or miss.
