Lots of threads about this. One = buy a horse stall mat and trim it. Also buy snap together 12x12 or larger rubber floor tiles at big box. Plus other's.

Harbor Freight has two kinds rubberized "anti-fatigue" mats. One is comprised of 4 giant jigsaw pieces, the other is a much thinner version that comes in a roll.
I'm going to use indoor/outdoor carpeting. Easy to fit and cut out. Also, it comes in a variety of colors

Won't know until checked out, but I expect the HD ones should be more dense since they say for garage floor, I believe

The thinner ones are about half as thick. I was looking at these items to use as a cargo bed pad over the spray on liner. The liner would not be kind to items needed to be handled with a degree of care, i.e., furniture.

I got two anti fatigue mats from Home Depot, I think $26 each, trimmed one and will mount to tailgate. The rest fit perfectly.

I have the impact mat also, fits very well.
