This would be my main concern. I have seen some photos that look like the rear wheels are way too far forward in the wheel well.

Only reason an XL owner hasn't jumped on these is because I am 3,000 miles from California.

It did not have the cut outs. My truck is an XL without the front tie down rings so I was happy that it came without the cut outs. It did not even have any sort of molded in pattern for someone wanting to do the cut outs.
