I don't think it effects you at all. If you've already been scheduled and pushed back Ford will get your truck on the line when it can, and will fit it into scheduled production when whatever is holding up your truck is resolved. This affects those of us that have aging orders that haven't been scheduled yet at all.

Thank you for the posting. It is good to hear that there will be some production coming. Hopefully mine will come through, but we will see. I just found out today that my Maverick, which was ordered last October, just got bumped from a priority code 10 to 02!

I am not sure how or why this happened, but I'll take it as a good sign.
Where did you get your information from?

Yeah, that's what I expected too, but apparently there is zero connection between the ordering system and what you see under "My Account" at Ford.com. The latter freely affirms that you have nothing ordered, even though your dealer and the email you received after placing your order clearly affirm otherwise.
That the site with the Ford account does not display Maverick info is a Known Thing. My crude understanding is that it is at present not designed to process ROVPs, just COVPs.

I ordered a hybrid Mav on Nov. 2nd and am feeling like I may get rolled over or canceled. Maybe there won't be too many orders at that point and they just eat it. Hoping anyway.....
Yes, at 71 and waiting for my Nov 3rd Hybrid order...same gnawing feeling... maybe they may offer more options for the MY23. If it comes at end of MY22/My23...I would expect some gratis for a year wait.

I ordered September 18; I ordered what I wanted and thought, I’ll just wait. And I waited saying, it’s how I want my new truck to be. Then on Tuesday I called my sale guy and told him to drop the bed cover and the splash guards and the tool box. I will not give up Lux tow and co-pilot. Problem is I’m old and I don’t want to wait.I’m getting impatient not because how long it’s taking, but I’m not getting any younger. Old and disappointment is not good.
I'm 70 plus and the clock is ticking but I still have patience.😊

All the elder guys and gals ordering this truck reassure me this has been a wise choice to order.

There's literally no possible way that can happen with how many orders that are still in that need to get built. Ford would literally have to TRIPLE production starting now to have a shot at that...and that wont hapoen. People will be getting rolled over to 2023s. I ordered in June and was already told that 2 weeks ago. It was the most pissed I've been in years.
I'm wondering how you are so certain? I've looked a bit and found no actual info on total orders. Without that, one would just be guessing. Could you post a link to total orders?

It is all a guess. I do hope that they are building the bodies into rolling chaises and then finishing them as supplies come in then give build and vin#s out when that happens with some shipping constraints.
It seems I saw a hinted thread of this some where in a forum.
The only way to get some verification is to see the google site picture at the factory and surrounding area.

The update for scheduling may be the only builds they are committing to at the moment.

Hopefully the Maverick herd will stamped then once the constraints in accessories start to lift...may make for faster turnaround then at a later date.

Keep the faith.

Well, Back to looking at Nissan, Toyota, Chevy. I had been following this truck since 2018, had high hopes, and yes while I am not a June July order, and I am somewhat patient, I have concerns about how much longer the Villager will last, before the next 3+k repair bill comes in. I can find some good prices on some used cars and what not, and may be in about 5-10 years when the world is back to normal as far as the supply chain is concerned, I may look back at the Maverick, but more than likely not, as @Ford Motor Company has kind of left a bad taste in my mouth with how badly they Boned the roll out of the past 3 lines, i had hoped that they had learned something, but guess not.
I just bought a 2022 Nissan Frontier. Been waiting on my Maverick for 6 months. Went to my local Nissan dealer and had a truck in less than 6 hours at the same price my Lariat Hybrid Maverick would have cost. If I ever get my order confirmed I will have to decide which one I like better. Not holding my breath to have that option. If it gets moved to 2023 I will most likely cancel.
