Yes I updated mine yesterday. Below is firmware version before and after

Odd mine downloaded and successfully installed, went to check the software version and it hadnt changed. I shut off the truck, turned it back on and same version. I checked for updates once more and nothing new reporting\downloading. Will have to check again later next time i head out.

Did you get the audible voice on the radio confirming the installation? Mine didn’t show up right away either but then I let it sit for a while and the next time I turned it on it confirmed it and the display showed the update correctly

So ive had my truck for about 3 weeks now. I tried to update it thru wifi and there was no update available at the time. Did not have bluetooth connection issues until about the last week and now my iphone 13 disconnects pretty much every drive and sometimes it reconnects and sometimes it doesnt. I tried to look to see if there was recently a update released that maybe is the cause of this but could not find anything. Anyone know? Or does anyone have any solutions? I have the XLT model

See this post, not sure if its exactly the same issue. One post mentioned its something the dealer would have to update. Who knows....

A couple of options on this. Ensure you are updated (covered already). If that doesn't work try resetting the infotainment system back to factory and then re-pair everything.

If it was a Sync system you could download the new firmware and manually update it via a USB drive. Unfortunately that isn't an option on the basic system. Which sucks because the shop wanted $125 to update our Flex's Sync system.....or I did it for free in 5 minutes with a USB drive.

Thank you! Started the truck up once more, after a few seconds the audible installation confirmation was played and verified the version

Then on the home screen there was a arrow pointing down in the top right corner (similar to a download complete icon) with the following screen, and then the details screen afterwords.

Was not able to find any info on the update though.
