Haven't heard from Ford Credit yet..

It's been exactly two weeks since I've purchased my Maverick from out of state in Alabama. They got me financing with Ford. My question is when do I actually get information from Ford about when my payments are due, where I go to make the payments, online portal, account #, invoice, etc etc.

I reached out to my finance manager from the dealership I purchased from and all he told me was that Ford will reach out to me within a week.

At this rate I'm going to miss my first payment cuz I don't even know where or how to pay for it

You can do a lot of stuff on Fordpass app, including making payments - you will probably get something in the mail anyday, they will want their $$$

You should have been told when doing the financing when your first payment was due. Pretty sure when we bought my wife's Mustang that we had to pay a month up front so the first payment wasn't due until the following month, which gave us plenty of time to get the letter and stuff in the mail. It's been going on two years now so I don't recall how soon it came but I don't remember being in a rush for it nor panicking because it wasn't in time for the next payment.

Due date should be on the Ford credit paperwork you got at purchase. They only send the bill a few weeks before it's due, but if you call ford credit the automated menu will give you the account number so you can add it online.

Sit tight. The one form of communication from Ford that is GUARANTEED to be prompt is the info telling you how to get them their money and when.
