Good news, bad news. The salesman told me it was damaged and then sold it to someone else!

I say this all the time, and I find it to be true, 'vengeance is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die.'

It's probably time to move on. Writing a review and telling others is healthy/ therapeutic. It will also help to warn others from possibly getting the same treatment. But anything further at this point is just vengeance.

Whether one believes in Karma, or the Devine or any other means, GreenLady has got her Maverick, and had a way better purchase experience. I have little doubt it's because of her character and she is reaping what she has sewn over her life. I am so happy for her.

Any further retribution beyond this will probably just only hurt her spirit.

That’s very nice to say, thank you! I like to think I give everyone the benefit of a doubt. They probably thought I was a little old lady that would would just go away…Not without calling them out! I don’t want someone else to go through the stress I went through because they are greedy!

Obviously you put a lot of trust in these people to honor your commitment to purchase the truck. That they betrayed that trust is inexcusable. I once had difficulty getting my local branch of a nationwide bank to send me paperwork and so I finally decided to email the CEO. Guess what? I got my paperwork a day later. Go to the top.

So I think it's fair to say if you buy a 'customer canceled' order then more likely you bought a 'stolen' truck. It's sad that it's come to this point but dealers can't resist the chance of making huge profits going as far as lying to the customers.

I may be wrong but I believe the sunroof actually decreases the head room.

He had to sit in one B4 we ordered just to be sure. The moonroof/sunroof was recessed into the 'ceiling' giving a bit of room. He is 6'7" and w or w/o hole in the roof he is driving this truck haha!

Keep in mind that to some degree, the new car business is based on customer deception and shell games by the salesmen, sales managers, F&I guys, general managers and owners.
