Electronic nanny shit. Not needed. Extra $600 option for unnecessary bullshit that will fail over time, and cost to be repaired. When you drive, you have to be aware. Not on your phone. The problem with copilot 360 is it's designed for distracted drivers, AKA the ones fucking around with cell phones and otherwise distracted. The blind spot mirror function. We didnt have this shit years ago. You added convex mirror circles to the corner of your mirror, check your mirrors and look over your shoulder before lane departure. All that junk is subject to fail, and heaven forbid somebody knocks off your BLIS power heated lux mirror with blind spot amber light, and your looking at $700 at minimum and in the correct color for a new one.

Copilot 360, that's an option for for inattentive drivers, cell phone junkies, people who like to be ass riders on the freeway, and people who could care less to actually look at their mirrors and over their shoulder before switching lanes. All copilot 360 does for a driver is make them an even less aware, lazier driver. All for the low buy in price of $600-$700 along with the additional sensors and complexity added to the vehicle. The only nice feature it has is the backup camera which could be good for hooking up a trailer, but even that's really unnecessary, and expensive if it breaks.
I like to make empanadas while I commute, $650 is well worth it to have both a safe driving experience and delicious empanadas for lunch at work.

Johnny's car care is right. 2 weeks ago I dropped the 4K tow package. It seemed like a good deal for $700 but I will likely never use it so I dropped it from my order and added a plain tow hitch with 4 pin connector.

My build is now cactus grey XLT AWD with regular hitch, full size spare, and in cab power inverter. This is a simpler build with less chips and no electronic nannys.

Don't "need" a backup camera either but I'll take anything that adds an extra margin of safety. Not a substitute for alert driving but extra "insurance" IMHO.

Well then I guess y'all can wait longer for your copilot 360 equipped mavericks then 🤣🤣🤣🤣 All I need is to have my android be able to put google maps on the center screen for road trips.

Let us know if stripping down your order helps move you up in line.

🤷‍♂️ I ordered an XL with 4K Tow, CP360 and spray in bed liner last month and was scheduled for production two weeks later. I don't think anyone really knows at this point but I do think dealer allocation has more to do with it than anything else.

CP360 is not currently a significant constraint for vehicles in Production now or soon. The parts bin is not currently empty in Hermosillo.

It's just that brand manager told Tim Bartz that they do not have enough CP360 components for all those who have currently ordered CP360 to get through the rest of the MY. This will be more of a problem for later production vehicles, assuming they have all those CP360 components already in hand, or the remainder allocated for Maverick have no delivery problems. Or Ford doesn't end up changing their mind and send them somewhere else.

However, this probably not be an issue with EcoBoost CP360 orders as it seems they are being scheduled fervently at the moment. Especially ones with little to no other constraints. Except for maybe EB Lariat Lux CP360's that were ordered late.

Plus there's other items that are constraints that will also affect a build. So I putting my 2 cents on that going forward Ford will concentrating on their oldest orders & 1st Edition orders with the supplies they have available and filter in the rest of the orders as parts are available. I also think tgst if there isn't enough people to drop certain packages or Ford doesn't secure more supplies, that towards the end of May there's going to be a possibility of customers getting contacted about their order not getting built in MY22 and getting pushed to MY23. These are going to be the late orders that still have constraints on them. Just my opinion, I'm not an expert, but I saw one once. 😁

And I can't use the Holiday Inn Express line on you again! LOL

I agree with you. I think every older order that can be built with parts on hand is going to get scheduled. Maybe even move up the schedule as parts become available? Maybe it's just the optimist in me?

Sounds tasty

Fixed it for ya. Dec 28
I thought I was a late order on 10/25/21. You didn't order until December? Must not be a hybrid, huh?
