I had to send a copy of my DL with my order when I placed it at the beginning of December. I assumed everyone did.

If by “Prioritizing your order” you mean, "Doing what they were supposed to do last July", then sure!

They were supposed to have sent your DL when you placed your order last July.....

MrBlueSky...I hope their call is not bad news for you. I've been an A-Plan buyer for three decades now and have ordered many new Ford Lincoln Mercury vehicles. When you placed your order with the dealer, he should have gotten a copy of your driver's license at that time to submit with the order. Many dealers submit orders but fail to get the DL and submit the ROVP correctly. I would call or visit your dealer and ask for a copy of the ROVP as soon as your can. They should be able to easily pull that up and give you a copy. Good luck!

If the dealer is just verifying you now for a hybrid, it’s too late. That was supposed to be done before Nov 16, 2021.

This sounds like they failed to complete the order process (ROVP) with a copy of your driver's license. If that is indeed the case, then you will not get the Hybrid your ordered this model year. Hybrid orders were shut down middle of November 2021 for this model year Maverick.

I would immediately call the ford customer service line and ensure that you do indeed have an active order.

My guess, you got screwed, Good Luck - like everyone has said, that should of been done to place the original order.
