My son-in-law and I were the 54th and 55th Mavericks to be ordered at our dealership. I’m just hoping to see my Mav in July!

Yeah, I think I recall Tim Bartz from Long McArthur (@fordvideoguy) said that dealers could not order Hybrids for dealer stock. Retail orders first for Hybrids. He mentioned very early, like August, that dealers would be getting some EB's as dealer stock, even in first production. This claim is oft-repeated, but I think Ford never said that. Not just be a contrary jerk, feel free to correct me (hopefully with a source) if I am wrong.
Aaarrrggghhh! One of the most repeated things here I certainly do not know what actually happens but here is my understanding. This claim is oft-repeated, but I think Ford never said that. Not just be a contrary jerk, feel free to correct me (hopefully with a source) if I am wrong.
You ordered later, not surprised yours isn’t scheduled yet.Yes I did order late but not a single customer order from my dealership has been delivered, and possibly not even scheduled yet, and I am sure some of the 20 were ordered in June and July. I dont know how not a single one hasnt come in.
I asked before i left the day if ordered if my order was entered in the ROVP and they told me yes. I dont know whats going on just find it odd that not a single customer order has come in but 2 dealer stock mavs have and a 3rd on the way.You ordered later, not surprised yours isn’t scheduled yet.
As for why NONE of the customers Mavs have been scheduled. One possibility is if your dealer was one that didn't complete ROVP after order confirmation, then none of the customers orders would get built. All the customer orders turn to stock orders for the dealer. Tim said there will probably be customers that dont get their Mavs because of this issue.
Ask them if you are ROVP approved. If you are, the you'll get it. If not, then your order becomes dealer stock.
