Was it an Area 51 XLT by chance? I got to see it in person a couple weeks ago, the guy that bought it was visiting my next door neighbor. I also ordered mine with Chuck at Hixson, really nice guy.

Danny did you order a Hybrid from Chuck? I know he has an Ecoboost, but they are waiting on the recall parts for it. It's a Cactus Gray Lariat.

So out of the folks who ordered their Mavericks, how long did it take to get here from your “Shipped” email?
I’m so impatient; mine is currently on the way and I’m counting the seconds

My original order was ordered on July 1, Built Oct 6 and Shipped Oct 19, but never made it to Hixson until Dec 22. Now we know that truck had a pending recall and I suppose this is why it was held up, but no one knew at the time. I purchased another vehicle waiting, but after all the dust settled decided I would still buy that Maverick. Here is is Jan 24 no gas tank, backordered and don't know when they will be in. Dealer is saying it could be another month they really don't know.

Today ole Chuck from Hixson Ford called and said I just wanted to let you know I have a Hybrid that they guy just informed me he's not buying. You want to come drive it? I was like "YES SIR". Drove down to the dealership did the test drive and ended up buying it. It's Shadow Black Lariat. I really wanted that Cactus Gray, but after all the waiting. I just decided I liked that Shadow Black enough to do it, plus it's a Hybrid. No chance of getting one of those anytime soon.

I took delivery and of course its raining, but here is a quick pic!

This one was ordered 7/5 Production 12/16, Built 12/28 Don't know the ship date, but the dealer took delivery 1/19.

I am finally a Maverick owner!

Having no luck finding Mavericks (cancelled or dealer stock) in our area. Gotta expand the search 250+ miles to get a hit, and even those are 99% pre-sold. Hoping to strike gold in the meantime while waiting for August to order mine from All Star Ford Denham

I've got a cyber orange ecoboost xlt, FX4 and 4k towing. Build finished on Sunday and waiting on shipping. Grats on the Lariat, did you get Hixson to put in a bed liner by chance? I'm going to have them spray it once it comes in, just wondering how good a job they do.

OMG, I totally love that Cyber Orange. Did you go to the dealer training when they had the Cyber Orange there for all of us to check out? No the Larait had the Lux package so it already had the bed liner. However, my brother in law purchased a F-150 and they sprayed his and it was top notch. They do a good job. What kind of warranty are they giving you on it?

OMG, I totally love that Cyber Orange. Did you go to the dealer training when they had the Cyber Orange there for all of us to check out? No the Larait had the Lux package so it already had the bed liner. However, my brother in law purchased a F-150 and they sprayed his and it was top notch. They do a good job. I've actually got a matte black set from a different etsy vendor sitting on a shelf at home, one of the first things I bought after leaving the dealership. If you can wait a couple weeks I can give you a review once I get them on.

@OTACORB You are going to love the hybrid. Its amazing the gas mileage you can get even with a load in the back or towing the 2000 pounds.
