Hey y’all!

Tomorrow I’m heading to the dealership to place my order for the Maverick! I’ve been going back and forth on the ranger or maverick. Dealer is currently saying 2-4 month for delivery. It’s so hard to track what you guys are saying on average times as there are so many reasons for a delay.

Does 2-4 months seem reasonable?

No, absolutely wouldn't count on that! Realistically, 4 months is probably the minimum and could easily be 6-8 months. If you decide to go Maverick and can wait it out- make sure you have your EXACT build specs when you order and are not going to make any changes to it no matter what! No paint color, adding or subtracting options, etc.

Hi Cody,
I would take out anything on your order that you can get aftermarket such as fender flares, weather mats etc. This may shorten your timeline from order to delivery.

Orders scheduled for production this week are 8 weeks out from being built (2 months) plus up to 4 weeks for deliver after production (1 month)...so 2 months is a flat out lie, 4 months is very unlikely. I won't even wager a guess, just here to provide facts.

My small dealership told me 4-8 months. A much larger dealership a few hours away said 8 is more likely, which might push it to 2023 model year. I just ordered mine on 1/14.

trying to understand this all. The timeframe from when you order from when your build is scheduled for production, that’s the timeframe that there seems to be builds that sit for months? And it all seems up to chance? As I think I saw a few people order in January and get scheduled the following week?

Probably not - but a friend ordered an Eco 200 Dec 2nd and is driving his now. I ordered July 30th, pickup next week.

My dad ordered a xl awd 4k and floor mats ordered 12/31
ALREADY SHcHLUED 3/14
So at minimum 4 months but most likely more.

Lariat AWD 2.0 FX4 4K with floor mats and full-size spare. Seems random how they are built as I have seen a few December orders that have March build dates already. Appears dealership size and location are big factors. As well as any components that are currently constrained.
