CONGRATS JUNE ORDER! :) Glad yours went through quick once it started, most of em do. Whole process seems fast for most. Mine stayed in production status for over a month. There's a whole lot of variables that can affect this. For those that are anxious and are expecting this thing to get to you quick, the key is to be patient. It'll get to you whether you have to wait a few weeks or several months.

congrats!

I got this email back in December and haven’t heard anything since. I’m hoping that’s good news and I’m still on track for next week.

No telling if it will always work this way, but…….
My original build date was pushed back by a week, three times.
But…….once it went into production, I had it in my driveway
4 weeks later. And I live in New England. Probably the furthest from Hermosillo in the lower 48. And….. this was over the holidays……12/14—1/11. Patience…..well worth waiting for.

Similar situation. XLT-Lux package, Rollout cover, manual rear window. Went into production on December 16th and has been stuck in that status since then. Do you know why your order was stuck in production for a month? Mine has a delivery window of Jan 13th but i haven’t received any shipping or change of status to built. Would be good to know once your truck was released from production had it already shipped?

What build week did the October email have? Did that week get moved? Did you get updates it was being moved?

My assumption is that if they gave me a build week/date they'd tell me if it moved? That might be a really bad assumption!

Well I’ve been told a lie which I kinda expected from a car salesman according to you guys a 6 month order is the norm, my dealer said 3! I guess it’s time to hunt one down in real time and forget the order process.

Noticed you may have ordered from the same dealer as me!

Keep us posted on how they honor pricing - I was told multiple times it’s MSRP (including when I ordered and it’s what’s listed with the taxes and fees on the documents I have) but some of the stories here have me paranoid they’ll reneg on that when it arrives.

Also interested in the shipping time since mine should start being built next week unless it gets bumped for some reason. Hope it goes fast for you!
I requested email confirmation from my dealer as to our agreement on MSRP NO dealer markup so there will be no surprises when I go to pickup my truck, And yes I have it on my computer and also printed a copy!!

No idea why it took a month. I'm guessing the spray-in liner had something to do with it. Mine was an Oct. build and Oct. had all kinds of delays, production stops, and issues. Who knows. It did get real annoying seeing Nov. builds getting the whole process done in 1 or 2 days, and then at the dealership 2 weeks later......while mine was still being built 4 weeks on. But, once the status changed to 'built', it shipped the next day I believe. Have all the dates in my signature.
