12/16 build week. Built on 12/21 and shipped on 12/22. Was supposed to arrive last week. Called Ford customer service yesterday and they said the car is still being shipped but was in Las Vegas. I live in So Cal. I’m still waiting.

In Production 12/11 here but no movement since then. Ford chat said they expected something this week but who knows. They made it sound like it was done.

I was scheduled for week of 12/16 and it shipped on 12/24. It has been stuck in ohio for 3 days on its way to me in Michigan. XL hybrid AWD 4k tow.

I missed this thread in my initial search, so I started another one - but the upshot is I'm in the same boat. Originally scheduled for 12/16, bumped to 12/30, but In Production since 12/18. I chatted with Ford Support and they indicated my truck is built, but they don't have it shipped yet.

Apparently with the holidays, they've had major delays to updating the customer-facing tracker. Production hasn't been delayed, but the status updates have. The support rep was very apologetic and said they're seeing this pretty widely across the orders, and that they're working on getting the tracker to update more quickly but haven't had the right people in due to PTO.

Do I believe them? I'm not sure...but I work in a similar industry, so it doesn't surprise me that there are "manual parts" of an automated system!

This is very believable. Ford tracker has a history of not being correct.

If it was shipped yesterday, you should get it this month (if you live in Texas).

As noted, Lariat hybrid built on 12/21 (originally build week 12/16) and shipped on 12/22 to Los Angeles suburb. There have been no updates online since 12/23 so it still says SHIPPED. I just called Ford customer service and she pawned me off on a ‘Ford Marketing’ team member after she concluded she couldn’t precisely locate my truck. The marketing representative then said the truck was in Arizona. I noted that wasn’t the case as the truck was in Las Vegas, NV on Monday morning. She asked to put me on another brief hold and returned to state that my truck was ‘somewhere in California’ and I asked for more specifics. She could not provide anything more. I ranted a bit and said I’d hold my breath… not for my truck to arrive but because the air here is so bad due to several fires. She laughed and I didn’t. To be continued…
