Am I Getting the Run Around from my Dealership

Just spoke with my dealer as I am concerned what is happening with my order. Order date of 6/19, blend date of 11/29, in production date of 12/7 and now nothing. ETA still shows 1/12. Dealer stated " there is nothing being delivered to dealers till after holidays 1/3/22 main office, and Dearborn are closed for holidays our next correspondence will be 1/3/22 as well. Remember we both get the same notifications, it was set up that way when you ordered the truck." I smell BS and now am trying to find the appropriate response! Order is an Alto Blue XLT 2.0 AWD with Lux Package, Manual Window, Full Size Spare, Soft Folding Tonnaeu Cover, and Co Pilot 360 if that helps!

At least you have dates. I called Ford today and nothing. Ordered September 14.

Yes but when those dates don't mean anything it makes it worse haha. Gives you a false hope. I mean I ordered basically the second week of orders opening up!

I feel like I’ve been a very patient man. Haha but comes a time when I need a second vehicle for my family. I really want to hold out longer but it’s going to be hard with my fiancé starting a new job and being a one car household!

I got an e-mail this morning at 4:44am stating that my truck has shipped, so I don't think all correspondence is down til 1/3.

Yes. I said we will touch base after the New Year, but want to make sure I'm not getting the run around as others are getting updates still.

For me the Ford tracker was pretty accurate. My order was stuck at the "in production" spot for a few weeks as the dates were pushed back. I did get "built" and "shipped" emails once it got to those stages, and both of those came slightly AFTER the status was updated on the Ford tracker (but within 24 hours).
