Wheel question.

I have 25 Mav with Black 225/55/19 wheels and tires. I don't like the Black wheel and I'm thinking of changing wheels. I've never changed wheels before and it's hard to find much in 19" wheel, well a least that I like. I found one that doesn't look bad after much searching and it's got the right bolt pattern and 35mm offset which I think would be ok. The width is 8 1/2" instead of 7 1/2" as on the OEM wheels. The shop says the tires will fit on them fine. Will they, that is my question. I'm talking about putting the Goodyear wrangler HT 225/55/19 on the new wheels.

Absolutely. You can keep your tires as well. I have a new set in storage. These have 4977 miles on them, good wear nothing uneven or cupped.

Apparently they will.i replaced the tires on my antique muscle car recently that had different size front and back wheels. The back wheels are one inch wider and all 4 tires are the same size. I did not know this could be done.
