Hello, if anyone cares I just swapped my OEM battery with an AGM, so far so good.
I was experiencing the battery drain issue but the truck has 67,000 miles on it. No luck with the dealerships, especially here in Germany because they have a hard time getting the parts for U.S. model Fords. After a bit of research I finally found a battery from a pretty popular brand here for 134 Euro (VARTA A9; Dynamic AGM; Autobatterie 12V; 50Ah; 550901054). Once I got it home and pulled the OEM battery out, put them side by side and it is an exact match in size and pole position. The Varta slid right in and so far it has not failed once.
