Day of the @Mishimoto Ford Performance Intercooler drop I purchased it through @Pandamotorworks along with a Massacre Competition strut tower brace by Massive & a Turbo Smart BOV.

All installed by @PandaMotorworks S/O to their professional technicians who got my LOBO to the NEXT LEVEL of performance! all this paired with a K&N intake air filter, AFEs Rebel side exit exhaust and a 14 inch AERO resonator woke the LOBO and took its performance up a FEW GOOD NOTCHES!

Also S/O to Midwest Mufflers & Automotive for installation of AERO resonator GREAT service and QUALITY work by those guys!

Are you running a tune with these mods? All of those mods together with a proper tune should get you somewhere around 15 to 20 extra HP.

Also, did the active grill shutters need to be removed in order to fit the intercooler?

pretty sure you still can't tune a 25-up ecoboost Maverick. you can use a JB4 or similar interceptor.

Piggybacks are bad enough, let alone when they can't access ecu to see what they are doing

JB4 and panda power module / racechip work as designed on any year of Maverick.

they connect to sensors directly and connect to the ECU through the OBD2 diagnostic port.

is it as good as a reflash tune when these devices instead intercept and modify these sensors? that can be debated, but my one word answer is 'no'.

can you reflash a 25-up ecoboost? same answer: no.

Pretty sure the Ford/Mishimoto is small enough that it doesn't require permanent de-shuttering. I believe it was smaller (and significantly more expensive) than something like the CVF intercooler.

Enough that I found myself relearning to break sooner! Well worth the upgrade based on the noticeable HP & performance I’ve gotten since the upgrade.

No stock tune. As for the grill shutters FORD and Mishimoto collab and designed a direct fit for the intercooler to replace the stock without modifying or cutting anything. Fits like a glove and everything works appropriately..

Nice start! Consider an after market intake air filter help it breathe. I put a K&N on mine and definitely could hear and feel a difference. What cat back did they install!?
