Seems like they modded it with a CF hood and front fenders. I’d email the insurance companies with a picture of the front windshield tinted. Seems like an obstruction of vision to me making it more fault of the red car.

So this is the intersection, according to the red car driver the Maverick was trying to cross, so that means the Maverick was on 3rd st, which has stop signs, and the red car was traveling on Joslyn, which is a 4-lane (2 each direction). If that is accurate, the Maverick driver is at fault.
