If anybody attended the Ford Custom Garage Maverick 300T reveal session at SEMA Friday morning, was there anything new to report that was not already discussed here in MTC or Ford Authority?
Bump for this. I saw on the official SEMA schedule that they were going to have another reveal this morning but I haven't heard a peep about it anywhere on social media. Was it a typo?

That's exactly my question. What was revealed at this reveal that wasn't revealed before?
I'm unable to attend this year and my buddies who are there had to sleep in.

I've had workshops canceled because of presenter travel issues, but I would think a corporate or company presentation would be too important to cancel.

Looked all the same to me this morning.I didn't see any reveal. And I didn't get my information from youtube. Got it from the development crew and other than the Lobo, nothing had been decided.
On individual parts availability, yet.was told nothing would be released until possibly february. Which he acknowledged was a small segment of the sales on the turbo models

I'd love to order the 9-course meal, but I'll probably just do turbo and intercooler to start. Brakes would be nice but may wait a little longer for that.
With the larger turbo the aftermarket peeps could really crank up the power once they crack the PCM.

Agree - makes sense to wear out your brakes before upgrading them:)

Per “google etc”, the turbo is from the Mustang’s 2.3l EB:

“ **The Ford Maverick 300T**, showcased by Ford Performance at SEMA 2025 and developed through the Ford Custom Garage (often called Ford Performance Garage), uses a turbocharger transplanted from the 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine in the Ford Mustang. Specifically, it's the larger 59mm compressor wheel unit, replacing the stock 53mm turbo on the Maverick's 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine. This upgrade boosts output to an estimated 300 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque, and a production version of the kit will be available through Ford Performance Parts in 2026 for 2025 AWD Maverick models (XL, XLT, Lariat trims). It's 50-state legal with a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty if installed by a Ford dealer or ASE-certified technician.”

Tim Bartz the Ford Man told me on YouTube from the 300T Display at SEMA. He said Lobo owners could order the turbo & intercooler separately since they already have the suspension & brake upgrades.

The Maverick 300T was showing stuff that is already on the Ford site ready to order a piece at a time. Except the intercooler.

What is different now is Ford will install that 2.3l Mustang Turbo on a Maverick with a 3/36 warranty:)
The 3/36 Warranty IMO is the greatest thing about it since just a Tune on the 22-24 2.0 EB Mavericks are good for 50 HP and 50 lb.ft. of Torque.

I think with this turbo and a proper aftermarket tune, the hp numbers will be a lot higher. The factory tunes are always on the conservative side.
I agree like I mentioned above only 50 HP and 40 lb.ft of Torque just a Tune on a 22-24 Maverick with the 2.0 EB is 50 Hp and 50 lb.ft of Torque.

Very curious now if the mustang turbo is being used will the older focus rs turbo fit? I have a stock one on the shelf with almost no mile on it.

What about the Trans... I saw nothing about a Trans upgrade, or 6MT.

300+ torque into a trans rated for 270 (or less)...???

I think E30-E50 will get the stock setup close to 300.
With an intercooler to manage charge temps..
Ford just needs to focus on fixing the Trans issue... and provide a 6MT, I don't need the turbo/intercooler/tune... Let aftermarket handle that.
What we need is a trans fitting of a 'Sport Performance Truck'.

i'm convinced the stock tuning is so conservative in order to keep the weak Transmission together.

Who cares about all this. I'd like to see a simple kit to lower the back enough to level out the stance of the vehicle.
Don’t the suspension parts in this package (sold separately) lower your truck? And if Ford installs them, you’ll have a 3/36 warranty.

Can’t get simpler than that? You did not mention simple & cheap though:)
