Is $37.2k for XLT hybrid AWD with Lux fair?

Called my local dealer who has the exact model/trim I want (‘25 XLT luxury package, 4k tow, hybrid, AWD) to see if they would negotiate price much. They said they could come down to $37,200 and that is cost for them. Obviously not sure if they are lying or not but I would imagine margin for these vehicles is small. Does that sound like a good deal? I can potentially get a $500 discount for first responder as well.

Also wasn’t sure if they may cut price closer to end of the year to make room for 26 models but wasn’t sure if it’s worth risking it?

Does that include destination? The lowest MSRP of a Hybrid XLT/Lux/AWD/4K I can get is $37,990, including a $1,695 destination charge. That doesn't include any upcharge for colors or accessories. In this day and age, $800 off (plus your discount) seem pretty decent.

That said, you can order a 2026 from Granger in Iowa right now for 3% off invoice if you were willing to wait.

There is not much physical change to the 2026s other than colors, so there may not be much incentive to start dropping 2025 pricing significantly.

Go to the Ford website and build one exactly like it to see what the price would be.

They are offering it for less than the build and price by about $1,000

My ordered 25 hybrid awd sticker was $36,115. Sold it to me at $35,198, “invoice”, not sure if that was true invoice price. I think you can always get better deal toward the end of the month also.

Lariat >> xlt lux
And moonroof is $1k. So you’d be paying the same price for an xlt lux as what he paid for a lariat.
