I bought an identical, or almost identical bed extender on AliExpress. I gave it away to scrappers. Hopefully your design works better and doesn’t rust immediately.

What is the seat thingy for? Not your teeth out when the brakes are hit.
The main purpose is to design for off-road or camping crowds, where medical kits and emergency devices can be placed for space utilization.

I would happily test any of the products and give fair honest reviews for the items produced for the MY2025.

Maxzina has announced a group of forthcoming products. One is a rigid Molle panel intended for mounting on the rear of a front seat. Although designed for the F-150, back in December, I ordered one to determine its suitability for the Maverick. My review from that time follows. It appears Maxzina has since designed a bottom clamp to fit the Maverick. If I didn’t already have one on the back of both front seats, I would be ordering them!

Recently, I was scouring Amazon looking for ideas to contribute to my ’24 Maverick hybrid XLT build, I came upon a rigid Molle seat back panel by Maxzina specifically sold for the Ford 150, I readily admit that I’m touched by OCD. I like a place for everything and everything in its place. So, you can surmise I’m a fan of the Molle system.

When I questioned whether the panel would fit the Maverick, the response was Maxzina was not aware of anyone trying the product in the Maverick. I was able to obtain a panel and give it a trial. The bottom line, it fits like it was made for the Maverick. The panel is made from a sturdy alloy and is clamped at the top to the posts of the adjustable head rest. They provide a solid and secure mount. At the bottom of the panel, there are clamps designed for the Ford 150’s seat. They will not accommodate the Maverick’s seat. That did not prove to be a problem. To draw up the bottom of the panel to the seat I used several of the Velcro straps included in the package by Maxzina. One end is secured under the seat. The other end was looped through a slot at the bottom of the panel. I suggest making that your last installation step. It is much easier to secure your Molle pouches and other items to the panel when it can be pulled away from the seat back.

The feature I appreciate the most is that the design allows for adjusting the height of the panel on the upper mount. I chose to drop down to the second available mounting holes when installing mine. This resulted in more foot and leg room for a back seat passenger. While Maxzina may not have developed their Molle seat back panels with the Maverick in mind, my product trial clearly shows they have another product to offer the Maverick owner. I was so satisfied with the trial, I now have one on the back of both front seats.

I find the crossbar interesting. How will it attach to the side rails?
