I'm in the same boat. I ordered mine on June 11th and received no contact for a whole month. I finally emailed them on July 8th asking when I might expect it to ship. They did respond that same day, but it was basically a non-answer saying they are "working closely with our supplier to get the screens delivered as quickly as possible". Pretty frustrating that they don't seem to even have any idea on a timeframe. I was hoping to get the kit installed before a road trip at the end of the month but it doesn't feel like that's going to happen.

I ordered mine in the 10th, messaged them on the 27th to see when it might ship and they said they had a bunch going out that week and the next week but they might be delayed because of the holiday. So I gave them a week after the holiday and nothing, then messaged them and asked on here on the 11th and got the same answer as you. I'd just like to get a timeframe on when I might see it, on its store page it says you can pick it up in 2-4 days not 6+weeks.

I almost get the feeling that since we placed our orders before the price increase, they would rather we get fed up and cancel so they don't have to eat the difference. Supply issues is one thing, but the lack of clear timeline and communication feels intentional.

Yea ok I've been waiting 7 weeks but card charged on day one! Not very happy most places at least wait to charge your card when they ship it. Not like it's 20 dollars it's 1200 dollars! And i"ve gotten no e mails.

I received mine this past Saturday. I ordered it from OEM Plus.

I plan on installing it this coming weekend.

Placed mine on June 28th threw Panda still waiting, also contacted them a couple times at support and customer service and keep getting the scripted chat bot answer (our purchaser is currently out of the office and they are working diligently to get me an answer.) next will be a phone call.

I was just on Panda website shows in stock plus a 10% discount but the code doesn't work.... I've been wondering if anyone has gotten their orders

I'm still waiting. They haven't reached out at all. I would recommend ordering from OEM+ or some other website even if it's more expensive. I haven't seen any replies on this thread from anyone who's actually received a kit from Panda. It's getting ridiculous at this point.

Starting to think we got ripped off.I know my card was charged on July 15th with the 3 week lead time crap from Kaleb or what ever the hell his name is and it's been 8 weeks!! Not a word from Panda
