It's just the way the picture was taken.It dosen't block the view unless your 4ft tall.

Might have been nice to have both but not for that price.For 1500 you can get Pandas screen and Diode Dynamics fog lights.Both look factory when installed.

I got mine from Panda for 1200,the only difference i see might be built in navigation.Mine has it thru android auto or carplay. It shows the map for navigation but you can't use it.Most people i know don't use it anyway.

I still keep a pair of reading glasses behind it and have no problem grabing them.You have to lean in a bit to see them but i just reach around the screen.Screen size aside Sync 4 wireless is in a huge upgrade over Sync 3 in my opinion.

I had that same sick feeling and it was quite a job but way faster the second time yoj can test it before putting it all back together.I was sure i did it right the first time but the plug just was not pushed down all the way. The biggest plug on the APIM.

The same thing happened to me took it apart again and re pluged in power cord the plug that has the little lever on it and that worked for me it must have not been pushed down all the way.After that worked great sync 4 is worth the upgrade.Good luck with it but i think youll find thats the issue.

Ordered mine June 15th nothing,no emails. Not happy.

My 22 Lariat is also just on the drivers side.
