Hello everyone. Lurked around last year when debating buying a Maverick and stuck around afterwards for mod ideas. Big shout-out to the fog light threads!
Anyway, since it has been a year and I'm pretty much settled, here's my Maverick. Fog lights were the first thing I looked at even before buying. After seeing the blackout package, I decided to keep the scheme going with some of the other lights. Full LED upfit all around. A few other creature comforts inside.
I didn't want "blinding" LEDs. I wanted to retain the stock feel including the halogen amber color for the front. Tried a few different brands to find something that worked for me. Also tried to balance price point. Luckily the more expensive lights are usually the really bright ones.

Fog Light Install
I like my installs "clean" so spent a little more money and effort getting it to look close-to-factory.
With the Diode Dynamics Fog Lamp Kit and F150 Hybrid Switch, I ordered yellow and brown wires to mimic the Ford Escape wiring off the BCM. Some Molex terminals for the stock connectors and also got black Deutsch connectors for the the fogs. Should have bought more yellow and brown wires all the way to the fogs but slipped my mind. A yellow paint marker helped keep track of which side was which. I didn't hook up the amber backlight function but the wires are there for the future if wanted.
I ran the wires close to existing runs including removing a chase cover between the wheel well and coolant reservoir to add my wires through. You can slip the reservoir up without removing hoses after removing two bolts. The chase is right under it.
I tried getting my wires through the fire wall in the large passenger side bundle but it was too tight. Used the small spot to the side made for adding your own. Opened up the BCM bundle to add my wires in.
After install just needed to use FORScan to get it up and running.
