Delivered after 9 months - Carbonized Grey XLT Hybrid with BAP

Placed a new 2023 order within the first hour the banks opened up last September, finally arrived on Thursday. Weirdly, still no notice email from Ford, they've been pretty good for the scheduled for production, built, and shipped notices.

Ordered a Carbonized Grey XLT Hybrid with Black Appearance Package (BAP), Luxury Package and Spray In Bed Liner (SIBL). Only mild mods to date, Musology center console organizer, radio trim cover, mud guards and Lasfit switchback indicators.

Waiting to finalize the discount with Adam from Realtrucks and will be adding the Truxedo Sentry CT tonneau cover and Bedrug Impact bed mat, and will be using Ford Points for the tailgate assist and matte tailgate lettering. Should hold me for a while on mods.

That color will change with the sun like Alto Blue. Chameleon color. Looks great! Congrats!!

I was sort of questioning my decision on the Carbonized Gray. Wanted Rapid Red, which of course is not available for 2023.
My Hybrid Lariat arrived this week too. I am really surprised at how good the gray looks. May not pop like some other colors, but it gives an upscale look that won't grow old.
I hope you are as happy with your Maverick as I am with mine. I have been around a while, had lots of nice vehicles. A couple of my favorites over the years were not the most expensive, fastest, or attention getting. This sure feels like it could be the best of the best so far!

Very happy with it, only thing I wish it had was keyless entry and pushbutton start, even the 2011 Nissan Juke I traded in for it had that available. Didn't want to go over $30k for an entry level truck and wanted the BAP so had to compromise somewhere.

Nice to finally see an actual picture of this combination. I ordered the exact same combo, minus the bed liner but added the hard roll up tonneau cover, last September as well. Still haven't received it yet. Just saw that it is scheduled for the week of September 1, 2023. First thing I'll probably do is add a Line-X spray in bed liner, tailgate assist, and tailgate lock.

I agree, that’s possibly the best BAP/ color combo there is.

That grey looks like polished steel in certain light.

My doppelgänger...ordered MY22 in November 21, rolled over to MY23 and arrived in April...18 months. See tailgate lettering

Not yet, just factory fresh. Planning to detail with clay bar this weekend and applying the Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Spray Coating. Hoping the claims are valid for use on glass and plastic as well. Would be great to do the entire vehicle minus tires with a single product. Will mask the tires and do the wheels as well to see if it holds up against brake dust and heat.
