He's a good reviewer, IMO. However the Lobo was meant for the twisty roads and he was in a city grid. The SavageGeese guy at least did some turns and was impressed. The Lobo looks fun as hell for back roads and autocross.

I was oblivious to the Lobo meaning wolf.
At some point in the 1950s the entire USA probably knew that "LOBO" was wolf. Ricky tells "Little Red Riding Hood" story in "I Love Lucy".

Always been a car guy, but never once desired a Miata.
My company years ago gave me first year Z3 to drive because some little old lady only put 1500 miles on it and traded it in, everybody was afraid to buy it because of the mileage they thought there was something wrong with it, it was summer I put 3k Topdown miles on it, was great so it had 4500, it sold in a week, I couldn't wait to get back in a normal car, those cars are ok for Sundays not every day drivers on highways.

Why did low mileage make people think there was something wrong with it?

Want a little more power out of the 2.0? Run 91 Octane, the engine loves it.

I've been running it almost since day one for the so called "lugging Issue" and will never go back to 87 octane.
A little more power, run 91 ?
How about what my 2.0 likes the most,
93 Octane NON ETHANOL
I pay $3.49 a gallon while our 10% Ethanol premium is $3.79 a gallon.

My Ecoboost loves real gas btw.

I don't know for sure maybe because at that time it was a new model and they couldn't understand why someone would trade it in, maybe they didn't believe the little old lady story, which was true, don't know do know at 4500 it sold in a week.

Oh, you lucky guy I can only get E-Free in 91 up here in the land that still lives in the 1980's. All 93 has corn juice in it. Correct me if I am wrong but aren't these engines optimized for 91 unless one has a 93 performance tune? i dunno.

Yes, indeedy, these 2.0's love real gas for sure.

I have no Idea what my Eco’s factory tune is set up for. Prolly in the owners manual.

That 10% ‘Corn’ squeeze does something very perplexing to me.
Getcha a can of ethanol fuel and a separate can of corn free.
Take a sniff of the corn gas then prepare yourself and take a sniff if the real gas.

Tell me wutcha thank!
I gotta quit doing that right !
