Blind Spot isn't required for Lane Centering/ACC.
Good to know! That will save me a bunch of time and I’ll definitely start with trying the front radar then.

Don't forget the whole IPMA setup is different on the '25s (new module is behind the seat, separate from the windshield camera). So the wiring and programming is likely to be significantly altered.
Darnon, could you give me a bit of info. Where is IPMA? Behind rare seat and that black box or under the back seat which will be accessible after removing trim? I have gathered all pieces needed for ACC. I will try with help of you guys. I will not mount CCM module now. Will wire CCM to IPMA first to see its compatibility. It looks like rather than splitting cables between fuse and IPMA. For 2025 all cables go to IPMA.

Here is a tidbit of information.
As others have said, the 2025 is completely different than the 2024. Also, starting in 2025 the canbus network is encrypted with TRON which is going to make a lot of upgrades way more difficult or impossible without having FDRS, unless Forscan can someday support re-encrypting all of the modules. Luckily the ACCM radar module isnt on the encypted network. New for 2025, all of the wiring for power and ground and network + and - will be going directly from the IPMA behind the rear seat to the grill radar(this actually makes that part easier). The camera on the windshield is just a camera with a coax connection to the IPMA.
Still just need to change out the left steering wheel switch and update the setting in the SCCM. What isnt known is whether the IPMA in the XL/XLT even supports the adaptive cruise? There is a different part number for the Lariat trim trucks. I'm hopeful that this is more for the 360 camera option and not the adaptive cruise control, but am not certain yet. Luckily Ford uses the same modules in many vehicles with many configurations, which is the only reason any of this is ever possible. I do have all of the part numbers for the bracket, CCM, harness pigtail and cover, but Ive been waiting for someone else to do it first. It's a lot of money for the new parts. Need some folks to wreck their Lariats and get some junkyard parts availability first.

what are the 2 part numbers? I can look it up with 2 vins, but it sounds like you already have them.

then, with the non-lariat camera part# you can look at what vehicles it is also used in. if it's a (full sized) bronco ipma camera that is bad news since it doesn't support lane centering... but I suspect it isn't.

that says rear view camera, so no, not the windshield IPMA camera.
Ford's module descriptions in parts seem vague at times.
I'm looking at the module in parts diagram (14F509) on back wall that the cameras feed into, IPMA - Part#: SZ6Z14G647A, Part #: SZ6Z14G647C

Lane Keep Assist Camera Label: ML3T-19H406-BC

IPMA Camera
The lane keeping system contains a IPMA camera located on windshield (above the interior rear view mirror), that is used to detect the position of the vehicle within the lane.
The IPMA camera requires a camera alignment when removed or replaced.

IPMA
The IPMA is located behind rear passenger seat on driver side. The IPMA communicates on the FD-CAN 3 and on vehicles equipped with the adaptive cruise control and collision warning system, the IPMA shares information with the CCM on dedicated CAN circuits to assist the driver in avoiding a collision.

it's the camera itself that would be the first and primary concern. that looks like 19g490a shaded red. 19g490d on the lariat is shaded green.

so then we google that and get the full part number which is nl3z19g490a and then we see this part has been used on high trim f150s that definitely came with adaptive cruise control with lane centering.
https://ford.oempartsonline.com/oem-parts/ford-camera-nl3z19g490a

does this mean 2025 xl/xlt can be modified to use ACC? maybe not, there's many hurdles. but I think the IPMA camera seems compatible and the module is the same as Lariat.

the ipma module itself is 14f509 and it's the same on both so that's a good sign.

IPMA module on Lariat and XLT is not the same according to part numbers at least A vs C. I suspect difference is 360 camera (with more inputs from the front and sides) and hopefully the ACC is the same on both.

The part list is awesome and appreciate the effort you invested to keep up with, Hope the difference between Lariat and XL is just for 360 camera. I noticed my CCM assembly is different, based on pre 25 model CCM, but I am hopeful at least it gets detected.

It could be the exact same part. They updated all part numbers for 2025. I'm not sure though. Definitely let us know. Would be great if a previous year CCM works.
