Ok you guys convinced me the only way to go with the hood scoop is painted. Can't wait to get it on my Atlas Blue XLT scheduled for 2/23.
im going a different route. im going with the black hood school on cyber orange paint and Black appearance package

Stick-on, non-functional bug catcher. But they do look good.

Looks good. Is it an actual functioning hood "scoop" (cut a hole in your hood to let air flow in) or just a hood ornament. Either way looks great. Nice improvement

Got my hood scoop paint matched and installed.. adds to my Tremor's rugged/aggressive/sporty appearance rather nicely if I don't say so myself..

Is the finish on these scoops good enough to paint without body filler? I thought they were textured.
