So my Lariat is ready at the dealer. I've considered swapping the 17" FX4 wheels from my 2023 XLT onto it (Falken Wildpeaks) but I really don't love the look of the black FX4 rims. That said I know I'll want to upgrade the tires down the road.

Is there a master list of compatible tire sizes for these wheels somewhere? I'd like to add some all-terrains at some point. Maybe something slightly larger but obviously options are limited with 19" rims, small wheel wells, and actual tires produced in that size.

Personally I think 19" is excessive and probably limiting in upgrade options, but the wheels themselves look so much better than the black ones on my 2023.

I suggest you go to tirerack.com and take the survey adding your preferred tire characteristics, and their ratings.

Yes there’s many tire sites that show optional size like one of the sponsors here discount tire & tirerack.

OP said he was looking for something slightly larger than stock. I don’t think Dicount or Tirerack shows larger tires unless you know what size you want and search by size

Yeah my local discount tire can always tell me if something will fit or not, but I'm looking for a list of tires installed by forum users potentially. To be honest the only when I enter my tire size the only option that came up was Falken Trails. I'm more than happy to try those given my satisfaction with the Falken Wildpeaks. It's a passenger car 99% of days.

However I think that was the only tire in exactly those dimensions. I'm pretty sure those wheels and the vehicle could fit something a little taller/wider without any issue. Was just wondering if anyone here had any experience.

If you look on their site it shows + sizes they usually have +1, or 2 but these were the quick search for the 19’s on discount

Their +1 +2 -1 -2 etc, are wheel diameter changes and the tire sizes they recommend will match the rolling diameter of the OEM tires, under either the original or alternate wheel sizes.
They don’t have an option to show that you want tires that make the overall diameter of the tires larger than stock

As an example, many people ask about running 235/70R17 or 245/65R17. These will fit, but may come quite close to rubbing under turning and articulation, but they will never be tire sizes recommended by these websites. Some shops may go so far as to refuse to install them because they do not match stock diameter.
