I am in Arizona and trying to use parts.ford.com to order the keypad with my points. But parts.ford.com says it isn’t compatible, ford.com/accessories says it is. Anyone seen this before? My dealer is distance and was hoping to order and get the keypad and set up an appointment without visiting them.

My guess is because parts.ford.com does not see it as an OEM (factory installed) part (which it is not), Ford Accesories see's it as the add-on accessory that it it.

For what it's worth, my Mav has that very installed keypad on it and it was dealer installed for the original owner. (Not that I can use it, I have no idea what the combination is!)

It's given on the BCM in the ps footwell, even says Keyless Entry Code. You can also retrieve the code in the IPC with both keys.

Even on a '24 where it's a dealer-installed option?

HRG
My 24 didn't come with the keypad but on the BCM there is specific writing keyless entry code after that the first five digits are here code.

Does your Maverick have factory remote start- with the key fob (not using FordPasss on your phone)? If it doesn't its a different keypad (KB3Z-14A626-A) and maybe that's why it is saying it's not compatible.

You are correct.

When I worked at a Ford dealer you would go to a Ford Accessories website to place an order. For Ford OEM parts you would place the order through our Reynolds and Reynolds system either by work order or parts invoice.

Ford Accessories is totally separate from OEM replacement parts.

I had read in the book w/ my Escape about the code location, haven't checked to see if it's in the same place in the Mav because of the cold weather, but wasn't sure if it would be noted there because the number pad was dealer installed rather than factory.

If you don't have two keys to be able to pull it up in the IPC it's always printed on the BCM in Ford vehicles.

I didn't know that certain states have a different process. Strange.

I have a 2024 XLT which came with this exact remote keypad. It was a dealer add-on that the dealer provided to me in its packaging for me to install where I wanted it. It comes with two-sided tape and was an easy install.
