There was a lawsuit settled in 2024 against Rain X for this exact problem. According to the lawsuit, the following products caused the level sensor to stop functioning.

yes, I have both. I figured that since the front end has to come off for both, I would install both and figure which one would work best for fog lights . Then possibly use the other for driving lights. I guess I am not as adventurous as I used to be, taking apart a basically new truck seems a...
Unfortunately, I don’t see any indication that the light bar is road legal. Also wish that you could control the flood/spot lights separately. I have the JJC brackets, but still looking for a cleaner fog light install on my FX4.
OP said “Forscan for Windows“
OP I recommend you repost in the Forscan sub forum, I don’t think you can move a post. Or look in the master spreadsheet posted there. However I pretty sure you can’t do what you want in Forscan, as it a Federal requirement to have the backup sound, since the...
Have you looked at the NHTSA recall page? Mine shows there, but has to yet to show up in the App. My guess that Ford gave a NHTSA a broad range of VINs, but mine isn't actually included in the recall.

I removed the cover and put it above the filler neck. Since you need to use the emergency filler door release cord in the wheel well, yours would be even more hidden.
search for “Fridays with Frank” on Utube. Actually Frank seems pretty reasonable, doubt he would do much more than give you a warning if he stopped you at all.
Drove down past Hermosillo from Tucson on Monday, counted 25 car carriers of Mavericks heading north. Also saw 15 carriers of Bronco sports. There were probably more as the North bound lanes are hidden from the Southbound lanes on some parts of I19.
Drove back today no car carriers seen at all.
