Yes. But they are not near the front of the dash but way back where you feet are. I thought the same thing but feel way back under the dash and you can feel the hot air
After I'd driven a few miles to warm up the engine I pushed buttons on my 2022 XL to select floor vent only and cranked up the fan speed to maximum. There was a lot of noise but there seemed to be no hot air coming from anywhere.

When I got home I got out to kneel beside the truck and wave my hand around under the steering wheel. There's a moderate amount of air coming from a hidden vent which faces forward(!) in the foot well. Air from the vent is blowing on my fingertips in the photo. It's unlike any other car or truck I've owned.

My Maverick, certainly does not seem to have the same volume of air blowing on my feet as my other vehicles have had.

Please keep us updated with the results from visit to the dealer.
Talked to dealer service and we checked that air was coming out where it is suppose to. We found that we have to have the temp degrees higher then what would be expected to get enough heat on passenger side. Driver roasts, so I open the window a bit.

So on max then nothing should come out? Just blocks it?

When on MAX the hot air does come out at the floor passenger side, just not at the volume that she is use to. We have to keep the temp gauge up higher then what is expected. Drivers side is real hot so I open the window a tad.

Or still a high flow should come out, just some may be coming out elsewhere too?
Went to dealer and checked the air is flowing.

Passenger side had me confused for a bit because of where I felt it - finally tracked it back to under dash and the angle just caused a splash against center console I originally thought it was coming from.
Driver side almost felt like from under seat, but not really.

Time to find some fragrance smoking sticks and low air flow and see.
Do those come in new car smell?

Ford Maverick Hot Air not coming out of vents under dash on 2025 ford maverick VentPassengerSide3

The air is coming out of the vent just fine. These vents are closer to the firewall then on the Dodge Van and that is why wife could not feel the heat very well. There is a lot of hot air coming out. We just have to keep the fan higher speed & turn the heat to where she likes it.

I found with the Maverick, the airflow at my feet isn't quite like other vehicles that I've owned.
The fan sounds like it's blowing like a hurricane but it doesn't seem like a whole lot of air is coming out of the floor vents.
It almost seems like it's trapped under the dash somewhere. I have a heated steering wheel for my hands, but my feet freeze. I've even thought about blocking the little vents on top of the dash for the driver side window and the passenger side window to force some more air through the floor vents.

I agree on the airflow. Drivers side seem to have good airflow. That passenger side is not as strong. With the single digit temp we are having, passenger side is cooler then drivers side. We turn the heat up and the fan down and drivers side is fairly hot & passenger in now warm.
I agree on the fan noise sounding like a hurricane.

Before the thread gets locked, if it does….

I’m glad you got it resolved. The simple conversation in this thread will help a lot of people. I’m in northern MN and expect my new truck any day. So this info will put me a few steps ahead figuring things out,
Bob

I don't understand asking to lock a conversation thread just because an answer has been provided to the OP. I mean if the OP doesn't want to read any more responses they doesn't have to. Their choice.

The threads that need to be locked are the marketplace threads where somebody sells something and doesn't report it as being sold.. and you have people responding to the ad 2 years after it was posted. Marketplace For Sale ad should expire and self delete after a set time like 30 or 60 days
