I built this for $300.00 to store my tools and have a place to secure my LP tanks or 5 gallon water bottles when I need to get them filled. The drawer cover drops down when you open the tailgate to keep things from falling in between the bed and gate. The left and right side filler covers flip up to gain access to the outlet and storage box, these also allow the box to slide out the back onto two saw horses if needed. I'm planning on installing 2 storage racks to store my beach chairs and umbrella and an adjustable divider that can be stored on one side of the bed when it's not needed.

this was my first project, there's a lot of cool ideas and helpful tips on this site, but the thing that I really appreciate is all the pictures that Maverick owners have shared of their Mavericks. They remind me of snowflakes 
, no two are exactly alike, they each have their own personality.
