They will shut down for Christmas, but I don't know about Thanksgiving as that is a US holiday, not a Mexican one. But I'm speaking from ignorance.

Glad to see they are keeping the line busy.

Hope this helps dealer stock….AFTER all the rollovers are built and delivered. I fear the speculators are going to be losers in a month or two.

My Maverick XL started a build on Oct 13, and a sticker was issued. BUt then the build has not been completed by Nov 2 and the sticker is no longer available. Yet production numbers are up but something is holding up my build completion.

I wonder if these numbers are units shipped. There appear to be a lot of us with units in production limbo. Produced but not shipped. If you factor in a seven day work week, which is probably not the case that is 435 Mavericks per day.

Production should be vehicles produced and turned over to the shipper. They could be still in Mexico if shipper has not moved them.

Don't feel bad. My order from 9/20/22 for an XL Ecoboost is 408 days old and is still not scheduled!

I hope you get it soon but from the last report on constraints that particular trim had way more demand than planned manufacturing.

and yet a week or 2 ago some poster mentioned how Hermosillo was shut down due to the UAW strike,,,,,,

Hermosillo plant not UAW and was not shutdown. Might have been affected slightly by parts produced elsewhere where strike happened but i don’t think so. August numbers down because factory was on normal shutdown that month. That was the only month in the past 6 where maverick production was under 10,000 units.

A friend of mine, who also switched from Hybrid to EB on advice of his dealer, feels that he's getting hosed on the $1000 vs $2750 private offer, since the PO is based on his last build that was not scheduled for MY23.

For someone who hasn't submitted their order yet and isn't opinionated on most options, what are the ones to avoid if you're prioritizing a speedy delivery? I'm not sure I've seen the "gotchas" compiled anywhere.

Or does it change with the wind and only Ford knows? 🤔
