XLT phone charging pad

I have the XTL luxury package. My phone charging pad was working great then all of a sudden is not working. Anyone have this problem?

Otherwise, it was never working great because XLT Lux doesn't have a charging pad. Need the Lartiat Lux pkg to get charging pad.

Did you happen to have your phone connect for Car Play/Android Auto when you thought the pad was charging?

Impossible for something that isn't installed in the vehicle to work.

I have a Borg-Warner 4 speed when I'm supposed to have a Saginaw. Shit happens.

I did look up the module for the wireless charger in the parts catalog ($430!). My XLY hybrid w/ Lux does not have that part.
