XLT Luxury vs Lariat regular *2024*

So I can see this has been asked a few times before, but not recently. I'm trying to get the definitive list of just what is different or extra on a regular Lariat vs the Luxury XLT -- in 2024.
(I've been building my own list from various sources but not sure of accuracy and can't find a single source I'm confident about, indeed many sources are conflicting)

I just came from the dealer and went through this exact process. Here is what I can remember that the Lariat has:

1. Acoustic windshield
2. Sliding rear window (which I really wanted), not even an option on XLT
3. B&O sound system
4. Sync 3
5. Active X (synthetic leather) seats
6. LED headlights
7. Spray in liner
8. Bed rail system with tiedowns
9. Dual zone climate control
10. Push button start
11. Wireless charger
12. 3 yr factory navigation
13. Auto up/down windows
14. 6.5" LCD info screen in dash

Probably a couple of other things...

A lot more than that. I believe the XLT lux has ACC but you need to change in the dash screen to default, but my dealer could be wrong.

XLT doesn't have ACC without diy modifications and parts

Nope. You need the radar in the grille for that. Its not an option on the XLT.

There is no Lariat Regular for MY2024.. I mean, you can't order it. All Lariats come with the Luxury Lariat package as well as Copilot 360 Assist. You cannot remove those packages. They aren't thrown in for free. They are mandatory add-ons with the Lariat trim.

I'd recommend going to the Ford site and use the Build your Maverick Tools... You'll see the differences.

Lariat is the only trim that has Sirius satellite radio.
Just got our Lux XLT. That is the only thing I wish it had!

Having had a '23 XLT lux I would take my '24 Lariat everytime. Sure it's more money but you get a lot for it. It depends on if you find all those extras valuable and if you have or want to spend the $$.

As much time as I spend on the highway the Lariat is worth it for the Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Centering.

I have the 2022 1st edition Lariat and the only thing I would add to this post is whichever you order, make sure to add the tow package. That's the only option I wish my " little beast" came with. I bought mine used but if I were to order one, that's the best option for the money and also the resale value.

To your very comprehensive list I will add the basic Lariat trim includes Michelin A/S 18" tires. I am partial to Michelin tires.

I think the Michelins disapper if you have an EB engine and tow pkg or Tremor, etc. Both my '22 Lariat EB FWD and my current '24 Lariat hybrid came with Michelins.
