Other than the lack of power mirror controls and color choices, are there any big differences between the XL and XLT interiors? I have read where some owners have noticed a difference in the quality of the seats but nothing definitive. A predominantly black interior comes as a standard option on the XL and I like that much more than the XLT choices. Anything else owners might point out to be aware of?

No arm rest in the rear seat for the XL. The seat cushions have the same part numbers and I find it hard to believe that the seat covers themselves provide any added "comfort", I think it might just be confirmation bias by anyone who says so. Also, you can get power mirrors on an XL with Copilot 360. That's all I can think of

The back seat (on the rear of the center console) on the XL loses a USB port but gains a 12v power point. Other potential interior differences are unavailable options like power and heated seats and heated steering wheel.

I prefer the XL interior as well. For me the main reason for the XLT interior would have been to get the luxury package for the heated seats. But I couldn't justify the $5K price for the XLT upgrade+Luxury.
I've never owned a truck with heated seats, so I figure I won't miss them.

One of the reasons I went with XL instead of XLT was the interior color. Whoever thought traffic cone orange went with light and dark blue was smoking something.

Exactly why I went with XL. The XLT gives some extra sizzle but no steak for an extra two grand plus other than the upgraded alloy rims (which I plan to source locally myself, switch the all season tires to then buy some winter tires for the steelies as I live where winters can go for six seven months).

Thanks for all of your info between XLs & XLTs. I love my (CG) 2022 XL, but I've become " intrigued " with a Hot Pepper Red version. Therefore I ordered a HPR 2024 XLT back in late December. I'm not in any hurry. In addition, with just over a year old I'm pretty sure my truck will not lose much value (less than 5,000 miles).
