Absolutely
At least the Maverick in Georgia would have been covered by a 12-month 12,000 mile warranty on the repaired part per Georgia law.

I saw the oasis report. The 12 months is up.

I looked up Wisconsin's meaning of "State Title Brand".....

Yes, a state title brand means the vehicle does not have a clean title. Instead, it marks a permanent record showing the car had a major event like severe damage, a total loss, or a lemon law buyback
There is something about this poor pup as well.. 🙁

Though, IT IS Cleared Good to Go..
There still is a good part of the 5yr/60000 warranty.
21 months on most stuff and 57 months on the battery..
To me this all means, IF something should happen again. You would get a lower insurance replacement value.

I personally never worry about the vehicles' value. I drive them until their last miles..
I saw that as Very Funny.. When I bought-back my first Ranger for the 2nd time (15 yrs old). They placed the value at $1500.00. I took it back and got $1400.00 as a settlement. The pup still did what I had asked of it for the previous 15 yrs. IT STILL was a viable piece of transportation..(TO ME).
So, when folks get all excited over future depreciations, that means nothing to ME..

Normally, I wouldn't care about replacement value either because, I also intended to drive my previous Maverick until the wheels fell off.

A State Farm customer had other plans for the Mav. I had her for 1 yr and 2 months. I had just refinanced for a lower interest rate, 2 months prior to the accident... So, yeah... I'm very much so caring about replacement value right now since State farm is trying to bilk me out of that on what was a perfectly good vehicle before the frame got crunched. Trying to offer 20% less than what a bank valued it at 2 months ago. Closer to 35% less than I paid last year... They can sit and spin on that offer.

Last year, I was looking at my bi-annual insurance $$.
I have been with AmFam (Wisconsin) since 1978.
I looked into the "Big Name" insurers (SF included) and found that, though I may be paying a little bit more. The customer service from them, especially from that "Little green creature" and the "Waitress" was below 👎 what AmFam was rated at..
Guess I'll be sticking to what I got..

State Farm is less of a good neighbor and more of a John Wayne Gacy.

Anyway, I'll be test driving this by next weekend. No tonneau cover but, the collision shop was kind enough to save mine from the wreck ☺
