Continuing to throw good money at bad solutions doesn't seem like fun to me, I guess.

I would assume it's recycled, as they quit using it in the kitchen in like the 1940s.

I’m using an AutoABC wireless and it’s been very reliable and only $59.00 direct from their website. Best part is I’m using regular USB port and it swivels out of the way. Also has USB C cable to use if you prefer.

Currently using the Ottocast Pro 2.0. Haven't had any problems, yet.

RF 2.4ghz interference near that light, strong enough to knockout bluetooth.

As 2.4 ghz band is unlicensed, nothing you can do about the interference, except blow the light or go a different way.

I knew it had to be something like this! There are certain streets that I go down that I know my connection will drop. I knew it had to be some kind of external interference.

On the whim, I ordered yet another wireless adapter from Amazon and it arrived today. I plugged it in and it booted up right into CarPlay. It’s so weird. I guess these things have a short lifespan.

Let's hope this one lasts longer. Keep us posted.
