Clean your windshield, not just wipe it down with a paper towel and Windex. Use a clay bar with lubricant and get all of that road and environmental gunk off of the glass then apply a nice coat of a wax type of your choice or water repellent. I use Chemical Guys Hybrid wax and seldom have to use my wipers due to rain/water run off.
