I have never had heated mirrors or wipers (would be nice) but had the dealer install heated seats on my XLT (550$) Canadian both front seats and they work great., only wish I had heated steering wheel. They remove seat covers and install carbon fibre (heated) molds with a small discreet switch on each seat . (LOW HIGH and OFF) I bought my truck off the lot so it did not have the LUX option. I love my XLT FX4 4K but if I could order a new Mav it would be loaded to the tips!

I bought an XL so will be adding heated seats. A couple of trim shops in town do it. Of if up to it lots of youtube videos showing how.

At my age and where I live, heated seats are mostly about back pain LOL.

My cars are parked in a garage and we only - most years - get half a dozen days of meaningful snow or ice in the winter.

It's not practical to add heated mirrors after market for most vehicles. What you can do is a few tips or tricks that have been around a long time.

Put plastic grocery bags on your mirrors and secure with rubber bands. Take them off when you leave.

Some people swear by spraying a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water on mirrors and windshields then wiping off. Supposedly it greatly reduces fogging and ice. I've never tried this. But I used the plastic bag trip many a time when younger and garage-less.

I live in Buffalo, NY and can say that every vehicle I've owned will build up snow and ice during the worst conditions. Mirrors are a minor annoyance, and don't often present an issue once cleared unless you're getting freezing rain. Snow will always build up at the cowl area if it's coming down hard enough and the wipers are in use.

I added a rear window defroster and heated mirrors to my Hybrid XL. I sourced the rear defroster kit from here (ordered the complete kit): https://frostfighter.com/pickup-truck-rear-window-defrosters-2.htm .... The heated mirror glass is a direct swap with the existing mirror glass but I did make up my own wiring harness and run it so it's tied into the rear window defroster. I tested the heated mirrors and they only drew 1 to 1.5 amps each so not an issue to add to the rear defroster circuit. The part numbers for the heated glass are in the image below.
