20 or 35% on the front looks fine with the factory rear tint.

I did 5% everything except the windshield and 35% on the windshield

Tinted My front windows just slightly lighter than the backs. It may not be legal but I don’t think I would get a ticket.

This is the only picture I have since I tinted the windows. Sorry it's not a great angle, but the fronts are 25 and the back is the factory 22% tint. It's a good match, imo.

No. Factory tint is inside the glass. It's basically a dye.

I’m happy with 35%. This guy was very knowledgeable. He said larger trucks like a Silverado is closer to 20% from the factory for the rears. The Maverick and other smaller SUVs are closer to 35%. I would have went to 20%, but he said it would have been darker than the back. Depending on how you look through it, it appears it’s lighter than the back, but that depends on what you’re looking through it to. Didn’t know how to say that

Yeah, tint looks different in different light settings. 35% is probably light enough that you won't get pulled over by the cops, even if that's darker than your state allows. It doesn't look like you got the dark strip/brow across the top of the windshield. You'd like it. Trust me.

No factory is privacy glass which contains the light absorbent inside the glass not on the surface.

So is the stock rear tint on the Maverick 20%? I see it says 22% transp on the rear glass
