Any recommendations for favorite brand for our Maverick doors? Any issues with wind noise?

I like WeatherTech brand, they are in channel type. The fitment is great. No wind noise that I’ve noticed. These are matte in color, they also offer dark tint color.

Weathertech. Had them on my 2009 CRV (which I still have btw). Never cracked. Never faded. Buy once cry once.

Check out the in-channel set NiLight is offering. They have a cutout "shape" to not block the outside mirrors.

Great fit, and uses push in clips.

WeatherTech, you pay a premium price but it's a premium product. Easily installs inside the window channel for a smooth clean look and won't get ripped off in the carwash like the cheap sticky tape kind.

With these being matte, are they at all see through or just solid black?

I have in-channel tinted EGR. I only use a drive-through car wash and I've had no problems with them.
I bought mine before WeatherTech had theirs on the market.

According to their website it appears the matte are not see through, but the dark tinted are.

You are correct.
The matte visors are NOT very see through. They will greatly Increase the A-Pillars Blind Spot. Which may not be a problem when driving. It can affect your vision a lot when around a store parking lot with folks walking.

I think the increase in the a pillar blind spot can be seen in this past post with photo.

Solid black - was a bit surprised as WeatherTech used to offer light and dark tint, but for this application they only offered dark tint and matte. Since I hav the Cyber Orange figured matte would go better and I think it does. Was surprised you can’t see through the visors, but for me doesn’t appear to alter my vision while driving. I’ve bought WeatherTech visors since the early 2000’s and have never been disappointed. If one falls off and isn’t recovered, they will send you a free replacement visor (once).

As stated above...I will put on NOTHING but WeatherTech. If it is not an in channel like WT....I'm not sticking any other brand on the outside. Looks stupid.
