I have had vent visors on other trucks and I like them. In Texas, I can crack a window or two and allow some of the super-heated air to escape. You can drive with one cracked while driving in light to medium rain. They did not hinder outward visibility, IMO. I will install the Ford OEM visors when my truck arrives.
EDIT: I forgot to mention they help block the sun in the low western winter sky.
I like the idea of blocking the sun. Thanks

I never liked the stick on visor look. I think the current style is too wide and the rear is too long. I'll wait till the aftermarket makes a slimline in channel style. Had them on my f150 I could crack the windows in bad weather.
